only one lb lost this week... at least i didn't gain. and I'm pretty happy to say that i sat in front of a plate of cookies and cake yesterday on easter and didn't eat any of it :) Also didn't get to exercise as much as id like to (only 3 days). but this week I'm going 5-6 days.. so hopefully ill lose more!
