Ahh... How I long to record to my fasting weight, but I know better! Instead, I will record my lowest weight from last week knowing that I will make it through my planned 48-hour fast for the first time. Previously, I was derailed because I took too much magnesium for a fasted state and it affected my digestive system. This time, I got a different magnesium compound and then soaked in an Epsom salt bath last night instead. It made a WORLD of difference! Thank goodness! I thought I was never going to be able to reach autophagy.
I hope this finds you all doing well. I am going to sit in 8-hour training sessions for the next three days. Wish me luck!!
