Broke through barrier of 185. Next target 180. Following Keto/Low Carb diet and calorie restricted to 1500 calories as well. Managed this even around Father’s Day. Ate Omelette, Steak for Father’s Day breakfast. Upped exercise with more steps 91000 last week and a bit of weights, cycling. Need more of the latter two. Within 19 lbs of target weight, smelling distance as they say.
