Okay finally i lost 2.5kg in two weeks. What did i do, well 1 hour jogging in the morning & another one when i come back from work.
I wont be carrying on with the 2 hour cardio, don't want my body to sag. This week i'll do 1 hour brisk walking, & 30 minutes toning exercise, with this experiment for 2 weeks I want to loose about 1.5kg to under 60kg.
