Did not lose or gain and I hate it when I do not lose on a daily basis. I think I will have to increase the old walking in order to start to really drop the weight. I know that the only way to lose is with diet and exercise and no magic pill. Also, I will channel in the same range for a while and then pow make a big drop.

Very few people lose on a daily basis and most people only lose 1 or 2 pounds a week. As you get closer to goal, the weight loss may slow down a lot. Keep your expectations realistic so you don't get discouraged. you are doing great.
