Padahal diet juga cuma ala2...masih makan gorengan, konsumsi gula-garam spt biasa, masih jajan, masih ngemil, gak ada pantangan...sekedar hitung kalori aja agar tidak melebihi asupan harian. 90% hanya mengandalkan work out 5-6x seminggu...percayalah dgn kekuatan work out!!! Please, jangan ada lg pertanyaan konyol "pake olah raga gak, kak?" 😅. NO PAIN NO GAIN, sayang...
