Not getting the amount of protein that I think I should, and going over the 2000 cal mark regularly, yet still losing at a reasonable rate. (1-1.5 lb/wk usually) Hiking a couple times a week as a primary form of exercise. 7-8 miles routinely. I will be adding back in some P90X ASAP to work on strength, tone, and hopefully build some muscle as well. I have a 6 day backpacking trip coming up after the middle of August, which I believe will knock off a chunk of weight.
