Holding steady at my record low weight today, which is a relief - I always worry that a sharp fall will be immediately followed by equally sharp rise!
I stuck to my meal plan 100% yesterday, although I was a little higher on the fat and calories than I'd like to be. This was largely due to having smoked mackerel for dinner, which is just ridiculously high in fat, but we are recommended to eat one portion of oily fish each week, and I love smoked mackerel. I usually serve smoked mackerel with a salad that includes seeds and dried fruit for added goodness, but just served salad yesterday in a bid to cut the fat. Unfortunately, I was really hungry by mid-evening, and craving carbs, so ended up succumbing to a slice of buttered toast with my bedtime cocoa! Still, I still stayed well within my calorie allowance, so no harm done.
I actually stuck 250% to my exercise plan yesterday! I had planned on doing a 20 minute Dyna-Band workout yesterday, but since I was working from home, decided to precede it with a bonus 30 minute cardio workout. This whole exercise malarky gets quite addictive once you get into it!
Have a great day everyone!
