📌低碳生酮172天~66.1 今天第一餐是12點了 忙碌一上午。清炒兩樣菜 還有一個期待的鹽肉 真的好吃😊。老公又叫一盤放山雞 公公也帶香腸來。。夭壽喔! 爆蛋白質@@下午清腸狂喝水 下午一直拉肚子,感覺是拉油呵 晚餐加碼油油的鵝肉 連油油的豆菜都吃了 湯汁拿來拌飯,吃半碗鵝油飯 還有煎蛋。三色蛋。兩樣青菜。 清湯豬腳。晚餐豐盛。 忘記帶手機拍照。吃了澱粉😉
