berat badan sempet melonjak jadi 73an hahaha efek jadi panitia di salah satu food festival. satu minggu makan roti gandum, berhasil turunin 3kg. mau pasang target baru lagi, 65kg aja udah cukup kalo kurang lagi akan lebih fit. smangat!!!
