Today is a great day as of today I weigh 193.4, so I have lost 40 pounds so far on this diet and that is 4 large 10 pounds sacks of potatoes. Now I have 43 more pounds to go to make sure my BMI is in good shape and this is a great milestone. 40 pound loss and I owe it all to this Fatsecret diet.
