A little disappointing with all the hard work I did, I was hoping for at least one more pound. I did not get a good work out in yesterday.... boohoo stop whining Rachel, it is what it is. I need to be a little more positive and look at the big picture. I will be back to my original goal weight in two more months I hope. I have been dieting for 88 days today with a starting weight of 213 as a guesstimation. I weighed myself on February 2nd and I was 208, I cried and ate everything in site until the 8th which was a Monday. So I am guessing I was about 213 when I officially said this is enough, I did it once and I can do it again. I think 37.8 pounds is pretty good for my time period, what do you guys think. I was hoping for a lot more feed back then I am getting. I hope my journals are not going into a void.
