The past week or two have been good but I’m sure another plateau will happen soon. My body seems to cycle like that...hope it doesn’t last as long as the previous plateau. I’ll enjoy the drops while they last😁

Thanks marsha and wright! No gym yet but I did a workout at home today that kicked my trash haha! I need to build more muscle obviously 😁💪🏻
