Morning everyone, I’m happy with the drop - decided this week need up try and turn wobbly bits to muscle .. 🤔so I’ve .. 1... got some GF1 protein powder ?? 2... A little bit concerned I’ll slowly build muscle but gain weight .. normal behaviour I believe .. 3... excited and hoping for muscle gain over the months to come ..
