It's been awhile...I've been at college and haven't been doing well with my diet--I've been drinking too much I think, and had some slip ups (especially over the holidays) with eating. So...I've gained a little bit of weight, BUT... recently I've started trying to follow Extreme Fat Smash, and have been trying to exercise more. It's difficult when I have so much to do at school, but I realized, going on a 3 mile run takes only half an hour...so I should be able to run at least 5 days a week, and if I have more time, maybe some strength training. I am going to try and enter more journal entries and weigh in every week--we'll see how this goes. Wish me luck!
