I decided to track my calories for today to see exactly whats going on and so far...WOW!!! Now I have to eat more calories then normal because I am nursing twins, it is recommended that I intake 3000 calories, i changed that to 2500 so I will see how this works, but oh man I knew i was eating the wrong things (chips) but i didnt realize just how calorie laden the things I have been eating are!! Today I am not making changes I am just getting a crystal clear picture of what I have been consuming so I can make adjustments, wish me luck!!!

OOOOKKKKKK!!!! I have been gone for almost a year because a few weeks after my last log in in Nov. I found out i was pregnant!!! Then right before Xmas i found out i was not only pregnant but pregnant with TWINS!!!!! Fast forward to July 2nd and 9 months and 46 lbs later I welcomed home my twin girls Ayanna and Brea (pics coming soon)!!!
BUT its time to get this baby weight off. I got up to 207 now im down to 174 and my first goal is 150lbs then 140 then 135. I am already walking everyday (with the duo) but my eating habits are a MESS!!!! I HATED carbs while pregnant but now im craving them with a VENGEANCE!!! If i eat one more biscuit or have one more pb@j sandwhich...... The only thing that is probably keeping me from topping 200 again the fact that I am exculsively nursing the duo!!
But I need help to get my eating habits together without compromising my milk production.
HELP!!!!!

Ok, these a.m. workouts are not for me. Got up and got a half hour on the tread in this morning but it was NOT GOOD!! I lacked energy and intensity and had to force my way through it where as at night, all though I dont feel like working out, once into it I BRING IT. So although its suggested that you workout in the a.m. I think im gonna have to go back to my nightly workouts, oh well i tried!!!
