Well, I started Atkins a month ago - two days before my period and before properly cleaning out my pantry and shopping. So I spent this past month eating as few carbs as possible or only splurging every so often. That is a horrible time of the month to begin any type of diet!!! So I got on track and began again two days ago and I feel better already. Yeah!

I restarted my diet on Monday, March 5th since I got off to a horrible start a month ago. At least I maintained!!
