just getting back on track again....after just a few days i am feeling better all ready, feeling less sluggish,tired and bloated. i was starting to feel all of those things again, and i really do like when i feel like i have more energy. so far so good. now it's just keeping up with it all. seems recently i get started and then before you know it i'm slipping, but i'm really going to try to stick with it this time. have much support from family and friends, and most of all i want this for myself.

i disappeared for awhile, but i'm back! i fell off the wagon big time...but i know i must get back on track,i took the advice of others and got rid of my "fat clothes", and i guess there is something to be said for doing that because as all of my clothes are getting tight and i refuse to buy the next size up, it has pushed me to get back on track. i'm really not sure where it all went wrong, but boy did it ever, and it seems like when you have a slip,you can slide right off the road soooo easily. it really frustrates me though that over the past year,it didn't seem as though i learned a thing! i know that only i can fix this, and i intend to. i swore i would not be over 200 again and look at me....i need to do this though, i've been feeling terrible lately and i had been feeling so good, i want that feeling back, and that is going to be my motivator. ok, now my confession is done, and i'm going to have a good week, even though i have a 2 day seminar coming up, but i am going to try my best to make healthy choices when eating(it will be hard), but when is life ever easy?

okay so it doesn't look like i lost but in actuality i did. at WW since i haven't been in three weeks, i showed a gain, but i only got back on track last sunday, and i'm down about 8 pounds so thats good, hopefully now when i go back to WW next week i'll be down more. giving myself a little treat day, and then back to it tom. i stayed away from desserts, watched my portions and stayed within my points and did well, so this week i'm going to concentrate on tracking and drinking more h2o. and cont. what i started, i've been lax way too long and it's time to buckle down now. i still want to lose more and i'm just going to have to control myself if i'm going to do this.

doing very poorly, just don't know whats wrong with me lately, but i keep messing up. starting over once again today. i must get back on track before i ruin everything i worked so hard for. and if i don't soon get my act together i won't have anything to wear, got rid of all my fat clothes,so today i begin again, wish me luck!

here i go again, was doing so well, and then just blew it this week, once again. i just can't seem to get back on track and stay there. i'm going to try again, i refuse to give up, and i know the only way to see results is to follow the plan, i'm going to track this week, cause i haven't been doing that very faithfully and it really does make a difference. one step at a time, and i'm also going to drink more water this week, instead of my tea and see if that makes a difference. i really just need to get back to it.
