Have been dieting all my life have a wedding to go to and going to get surgery on my left knee in March so I definitely would like to get some weight off before I have to go back to work not to mention to look awesome and fabulous oh and feel fabulous this summer when I go to all the different jazz festivals and celebrate my 8th wedding anniversary and vacation. I hope to be able to actually lose the highest average weight loss according to Dr Agatston 13 pounds in the next 2 weeks by my brother in laws wedding and then by my possible return date after surgery May 1 achieve my weight loss goal lose 34 pounds. I claim it and so it shall be done, in GOD'S name Amen.

I am starting over today have been different diets over the years lost a lot on the Hcg diet last year, however, have not been able to to do it again. Have a wedding to go to in 2 weeks and I would like to lose at least 10 pounds by then starting south beach diet tomorrow.

Started the Fat Smash Diet again today 10/10/2011. Wasn't really sure if I would be able to start becuase I knew I would need to get a few basic staples in order to do PhaseI properly. But, husband gave me some cash and then went to the store and bought the things that I need.
Happy to say that I made thir really tasty Black Bean and Corn sald um um good. Plan on taking that for lunch the next few days. Had the tastiest egg white scramble with, tomates, onions, spincach, and sweet bell peppers. I fotgot how good ths diet could be meaning it gets you back to eating healthy and with me not be too bored and to be able to stick I have to learn all sorts of meatless phase I appropirate meals
breakfast lunch and dinner. Forgot to weigh but I had already weighed myself a few days ago so I used the numbers as my starting point plan however to weigh again in the morning after my workout to see exactly where I stand to see if I can hopefully lose at least 10 pounds on the detox
