i have gained a little bit i think its my monthly time and i have been lifting weights...so im hoping that's why...i think i have lost a couple of inches aroudn my waste and hips too!

i know i went up a little bit but the last time i weighed in was after i had quite a few drinks and i got the stomach flu...so i knew i would be back up! so im good with my weight right now...started the Buff Brides challenge last night...and i already feel good. im a little sore but i enjoyed the workouts and im motivated to lose inches...i want to be down a size or two by the end of april...so here i go!!

wow what a drop for me...had a few beers last night so i hope it's not just from dehydration...but i have been following weight watchers almost perfectly...i dont use my flex points either...so this was an amazing weight in today!
