suka bgt jagung dikukus gini, tapi pernah baca kalau utk golongan darah O jagung ini gak baik. Temen2 FS ada yg diet golongan darah nggak ? share dong pengalamannya kalau ada...have a nice sunday

bebek goreng (dimakan separo aja, krn besar hihi) , sama nasi seperti nasi buat anak bayi gitu. beras+ayam+sayur+tahu+air kaldu+lada, masak semua jadi satu sampai air abis . praktis
