I didn't log food or have dedicated exercise for about 2 weeks due to extra busy life events. The way I see it, these "forced" breaks are not a bad thing. They give my body a break from intense exercise and a strict diet. I ate food that I don't normally, basically living off of fresh gluten free baked goods. I tried to have one healthy meal a day, like chicken, fish, and/or salad. My reality check was a daily weigh in, where I told myself if I gained a couple pounds, I would slow down and re calibrate. I didn't gain. Back to my normal routine - fresh food and regular exercise!
