Didn't get on during the weekend, but I did stick with the plan!!! This is day 5 & so far so good :-) I made some of the egg muffins this morning and packed a few for lunch - they were quite good :-) Think I'm gonna make a pot of chili con carne since I'm fixing chicken and dumplings for everybody else tonight -that way I can have it for lunch tomorrow & possibly Wed.? Hope everyone had a great weekend.

supposed to be close to 80 degrees today! wow! brought my tennis shoes because the boys are out of school and figured I would take them to the park for lunch break and try to get some moving in - it is gorgeous outside!
still working on slowly getting back to low carb - had a atkins frozen meal yesterday - chili con carne - was delicious but all I was thinking was I paid $3 for this! I can make a whole of pot of this for almost that price! lol May just do that! :-) Today I brought some other meal? May start making my own frozen meals :-)
