I haven't been doing well on my diet in the last week. The weathers starting to get cooler so I am gonna be working out more after work. I like walking or jogging outside. I did very well in phase one and two, but when I got to phase three I just hit a slump. I tried going back to phase one, but just didnt lose like I wanted to. Now I am gonna go back to phase two for a few weeks, I keep wavering between 139 and 141. I am hoping that going to phase two will get me to get past that plateau.

Well I just finished phase one and this time around I only lost two pounds, I am a little disappointed. I did not follow the diet as well this time as I did last time and so I am not totally surprised. I think I might try to go for a few more days because I really want to get down to 135. Does anyone else do phase one for longer than nine days? Do you continue to lose weight or does your body get used to it and stop burning the fat?

Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Well I am on day four of phase one. I am doing this for the second time, hoping to jump start more weight loss. I am finding this time is alot easier because I am finding more variety in the foods you can eat on phase one. I added in boca burgers and had some tofu at Pei Wei. I really liked the tofu. It is good if its cooked right. I literally had to look at the receipt to make sure it wasn't chicken. So I have heard you won't lose as much doing phase one for the second time as you did the first, but I am hoping I will.

Well, I haven't been able to lose in phase three, so I am going back to phase one on Monday. I have been doing my workouts and eating pretty fairly, but just can't bust through this plateau. I didn't want to go back into phase one, but I am gonna do it. I had alot of success with it the first time so hopefully this time goes as well. If anyone has any good tips for making phase one a little easier, let me know.

I am still in phase three and not losing, but maintaining. I know I need to go back into phase one to jump start my weight loss, but I like the variety of foods in phase three. I am working out about 45 minutes to an hour daily. And about once or twice a week, I try to squeeze an extra hour workout in.
I went to the lake this weekend and it was the first time in a while I have been in a bikini (in front of people). So that was a great feeling.
