I lost it!!!! nothing was coming off for ages so I just gave in. I still dont eat a lot of wheat but just a little seems to stack the weight back on. I have been to doctors and have found out I have pre diabetes, have really bad high blood pressure, Insulan and sugars are a bit high..Another of my daughters is getting married in 3 weeks and I need to loose a bit by then to fit into my new dress I had made. I dont know if I can do it. I am feeling doubtful at this time. I hurt all over I hate execise, Occassionaly I go for a walk . Its not enough I know that. I am 49 next month..I can remeber when I was 24 and 62kilos..boo hoo!!!!...My husband doesnt help he is a wheat aholic..my kids eat what they want. I am struggling to do this. and the craving for chocolate when I do diet is unbelievable..This morning I decided no more coffee I think that is what is causing my palpitaions, so I opted for dandelion tea, I have been trying protein shakes but not sure if this is helping or not!!
Today I have decide to cut out the following WHEAT,POTATOES ,CORN ,CHOCOLATE ,COFFEE, BACON ,FATTY MEAT ,EGGS(THEY GIVE ME BELLY ACHE NOW). sEE HOW i GO BY THE WEDDING DATE!!!!!!

I made an extra effort THIS PAST FORTNIGHT etc and i was down to 99 kilos last week AND NOW I WEIGH 103 KILOS I DONT KNOW WHAT WENT WRONG. I AM CURRENTLY LOOKING AT THE SYNDROME X BOOK TO SEE WHAT CHANGES I CAN MAKE.

I seem to be going back on a few old habits, like coffee ,cannot give up the chocolate, havent had any pizzas lately which is something positive. I cant muster up the energy to exercise either when i go for a walk i get pain down my arm its annoying. i dont have much energy, My anemia is worse I suspect.I must eat more blueberries.
