Well I been trying another app. and it's not bad but it also wants me to pay for everything!! I am not loosing much now, but a pound a week is better than nothing!! I am still going strong at it!! I got this

super excited I'm down a little bit more, I'm really having to work at it even though I'm eating better and feeling better. I just got to remember that it took me a while to get here and I have to be proud that it's taking me a little while to get there which is where I want to be!!!

I am looking for some help!!! it seems my weight has platod WHY? I am working out and walking just trying to tone a little!! I know I can do intermittent fasting, but any other suggestions I would so appreciate!!
