bonjour à toutes et tous
absent pour cause de naissance de mon second Schtroumpfs me revoilou Gilou.
j'ai eu peur de m'être laissé aller mais finalement après tout ce temps j'ai perdus du poids . en tout cas on repart au quart de tour pour mon objectif de moins de 100kg

quelques conseils depuis que je suis au régime. j'ai diminué mes quantités du double au simple. j'ai quasiment arrêté le sel , les boissons sucrées , les fritures. depuis le 22 mars j'ai perdu 16kg . un peu de courage et beaucoup de motivations vous aideront. je reprends le sport après 7 ans d'arrêt. yesss
