I am back at the gym with a vengeance. I have made it 3 days in a row this week, doing 40-60 mins of cardio. Not back to weight training yet - resume on Monday. I also took the bra off my elliptical at home and did 20 mins on that as well in the evening. Watching my food intake. Only place I am falling short is the "enough sleep" bit. I really don't get enough during the week but I will be working on this.
The aim is to lose 10lbs my March 20. It is not impossible. It just motivates me to work really hard and stay focused.

I've been a bit depressed this week. Depression for me = eating. I ate chocolates and shrimp fries and all other bits of rubbish. I started to focus over the past couple days with fruits and salads, but I still need to get in gear. I know not exercising is not helping. I am always less depressed when I work out. There is a lot of truth to what they say about exercise and it being a great combat against depression. I saw my trainer in the elevator today and she just sized me up and said, "You came one day! One day and that was it?"
I will not make it one day. I just need a kick in the ass. I need incentive. Motivation. Something.
