Peso estagnou.
Treino estagnou.
Fase: Cutting (primeira vez)
Erro: usar bike para trabalhar: distância de aproximadamente 10k somando ida e volta. 35 minutos, todos os dias.
Perda de massa muscular absurda a partir disso. Cansaço absurdo comprometendo rendimento nos treinos de musculação.
Fato: No meu caso, aeróbico pode, e muito, prejudicar o treino de musculação se passar de 2 vezes por semana.
Correção: Focar somente nos treinos com pesos e evitar alterações na rotina. Pausa na bike.

Antebraço chegou a 31. Atual: 28
Região abdominal inicial 92. Atual 85
Cintura inicial: 87. Atual: 80.
Pernas incial: 52. Atual: 53

Ao chegar aos 10% de gordura corporal inicio bulking limpo para ocnstrução muscular.
