So today was my last day eating any dairy at all. I am going vegan tomorrow and I am so excited. I probubly shouldn't be since it's going to be really difficult at first. But it's for a good cuase and I love animals so here goes! Yay! Can't wait!

Today and tomorrow are my last days eating any dairy products. I am going vegan on monday! I'm so excited yet scared becuase I know how difficult it will be to stay motivated at times. I love cheese but I love animals more. I watched a video that changed my life forever. I cannot explain how horrible it made me feel to watch it all I can say is that I cried. So from now on it's going to be no more meat or anyting from an animal. =)

I've been sticking to my vegetarian diet, it's pretty easy for the most part.
On monday I'm going to go on the raw food diet (partially for now) I'm going to eat as much raw food as I can. Since I'm at college I only have so much to choose from so until the end of the school year I am going to try my hardest to eat only raw foods excluding the cooked veggies. Sounds fair right? I thought it was a good plan. So from now on, starting monday, it's all veggies and fruits! Yay! I'm so excited!
I know especially when I eat fruits mainly that I just feel better. When we start eating right and getting exercise it's fanaminal for the whole body, spirit and mind. I can't wait for monday, but for now I'm more content with being vegetarian until monday.
I like to start fresh for the week on mondays it just feels right to me for some reason.
Well, on I'll record my first weight loss on tuesday or wednesday!!!

I have decided to go vegetarian and maybe vegan one of these days but as for now I am a vegetarian.
I am loaded with water weight and have not lost any weight yet but I am soon to be losing weight. I can't wait! I'm even going to work out for thirty minutes. I'll be running on the eliptical.
