Wednesday (Korea) so Tuesday Stateside. 2 kg in first 2 days seems like a lot, but just initial water weight from not drinking and cutting out a lot of daytime carbohydrates so reduced glycogen storage. Feeling good so far, but need to increase my sleep time. I will not be logging every bit because for me that is a sure fire way to eat more and get stressed. I prepped a ketogenic chili for lunch every single day, and i have been intermittent fasting from 10PM to 12PM next day. At night I try to focus on healthy fats and protein, but don't kill myself if I have a twix. A small sugary snack is better than 10 beers anyways. Another part of this challenge I won't be doing is walk 30 minutes a day, but I teach 6 year olds 12 hours a day straight....I bet I walk more than most....and never sit down.
