all going well, not much to report. followed my plan well. sports routine getting better. so far only went swimming, but I'm planning to go the gym tomorrow. I feel like I reached a fitness level where that makes sense again
today is a cheat day - friends coming over for food and drinks. don't want to ho extreme, but no calorie counting today. rest of the week will be strict again as I go to India after that for a few days. and I love indian food way too much to not eat it when I'm there

yes! I made it :) whole week looked like weight loss wasn't great, but then it came down! another example how you shouldn't trust your balance with normal weight fluctuation. I need to stop weighing myself everyday :)
two weeks ago two worktrips. held my weight, which was all I could expect. and then last week sticked ro my routine.
also good thing is, I feel like I'm almost back at my old swimming fitness level. that's very welcome obviously.
and sooooooo. 30kg lost. I'm proud, I think. but nowhere near done.

good week. on paper 1kg lost, but I'm confident ill see more. next week is off routine again with all week travel. Will be hard to count calories, if not impossible, but I will try to nonetheless stay in a deficit, even if only slightly. I don't want to break the spell I started

it's been a while! welcome back, me!
soooo. had 2 weeks of.worktrip with eating out aaaaaaaalllllll the time plus english brekkie every morning. then the last 5 weeks could not really diet for family reasons. so I decided to take a break from watching my calorie intake. I only followed two rules: take the lower calorie option if you have a reasonable one and don't buy sweets. the latter didn't fully work out, but was on an OK level. besides one cheeky check I also decided to not step on the balance. the idea was to see how my weight would react and if I am able to eat 'normally' without gaining wait again. and guess what, I even lost a little :)
I'm back now since 2 days calorie counting. there are again work trips coming, but u expect that I can seriously loose some kilos again the next 3 months after I basically didn't move much the past 3 for all the different reasons.

Last week was weird. started with lots of motivation. but then Tuesday we had a work dinner in a pub. Wednesday we spent with my team 24h for work at a special occasion, so I made sure the team (and hence I) is well fed for the overnighter. Thursday I got back to normal, but still overshot a little. besides Wednesday I have though been in a deficit everyday, and also Wednesday I can't have been so much above.
still, the balance was just showing strange numbers. to the end of the week showing exactly the same as the week before.
today I fly off for a work trip again, and then I have family for visit for a few weeks. Will be interesting to see how that plays out. I don't expect weight loss from here till end of August basically :(
