Well today I leave town for 5 days...I have been really proud of my smaller portions and becoming full faster with less to eat.. .I will not stretch my stomach out again.. I probably will not eat properly all the time.. but I don't plan to eat everything..
So.. here's to trying to be good. =)
I will be doing a lot of walking so that should offset some of it right?? ;)
I know what I should do so let's see if I pay attention.

Good Morning and Happy Friday!!! what a fabulous day the temp is starting to finally cool a little bit here, may even get some rain.. I dont mind one bit. I will be in New Orleans in less then a week and I can't wait. I will do my best to keep my portions smaller. I haven't even been doing very much exercise this week at all but I have been feeling so great everyday..haven't been sleeping great, but still very cheerful all day, getting more things done at home too. I was able to walk yesterday and I walked (drumroll) 10033 steps! yep that's right! I have my bodybug going on and did it!!YAY!

Good Morning everyone! Hope everyone is having a great week! Autumn is rolling in.. or it's supposed to be. =) I'm in TX so it's a little iffy around here.. lol!
I was wondering.. are any of y'all as food obsessed as I am..I mean we go out to eat when we're celebrating.. we eat when we're depressed.. eat when bored.. ugh.. I know I can't necessarily stop the madness but since I started Weight Watchers.. a whole entire week ago I am obsessed with going to the weight watchers website and pulling recipes.. I have gone to the grocery store twice already this week.. bought melon, strawberries, tons of steam fresh veggies, few cans of progresso light soups and several smart ones and lean cuisine meals.. So I have been doing really well and not going over points and all that but all day I'm thinking of new things I can eat.. lol!!ugh. I need it to calm down about it. Lol! I mean today I had a smart ones breakfast quesadilla to start, tons of water, then I packed for lunch a can of soup since it says it's 1 point per serving and I can even just go for the whole thing for 2 points..but that won't help with trying to shrink my stomach.. but anyway (can you tell I ramble a bit?) I also brought a few slices of cantaloupe, and a single serving of broccoli and cheese that said it's 0 points and if I still get hungry today before I go home and drinking loads of water doesn't cut it I have a single serve of low fat popcorn I can pop.. After all that I still have 13 points to play with for dinner..
so.. I'll stop rambling now.. but I find I'm super obsessed. kinda nutty. Maybe I'll calm down soon. lol!

Another day and another chance to try to do better for me. I am not perfect, but just like anyone else I will strive to do my best, each day is a new challenge but I'm hanging on.
Hope everyone is having a good week, well wishes for those of you not feeling well..and strong empowering feelings being sent out to everyone. We can do this, accomplish one day at a time, meeting tiny goals and feeling proud to reach them, I just set little goals of losing 8lbs at a time.. I know 8 is an odd number but I'm kinda odd myself. =)
but everytime I hit an 8lb mark I will feel stronger and better about me.
Let's Seize the Day!
