🐌 Slowly its going down. I was quite sick had no appetite. It was good not being hungry. Been a week much better now. Lots of ginger turmeric tea that helped my throat.

Been sick i have not been hungry. So kinda stayed off food for 4 days. well it worked. I'm feeling better. Getting better still coughing though. Stayed keto impressive.

Here I am getting healthy I am sad because I am living a great life. Yes I have to question my thoughts when they say untrue things that I find sad. But some people can't question their thoughts and they think that what they are thinking is true. Thoughts so destructive they hurt themselves. I just wish they would talk to someone anyone so they can be told gently these thoughts are not true. Only the positive ones are.
