Went to the pharmacy and used the BMI thing that you stand on. 9stone 11lb and my height it 5'10.5 BMI is 19.3 - ideal weight!

I think I might stop counting calories because when I do I feel more obliged to eat unhealthy foods! Has anyone else found this?
