OK-So I have totally been being a slacker. BUt for some reason, i am still maintaining my lowest weight ever! I know i need to work harder on keeping tabs on what i stuff my face with. My BF even cooked up this really nice dinner over the weekend: Fried pork chops, homemade mashed potatoes (lots of butter/whole milk), greens, mushrooms, onions w/ gravy. plus beer afterwards. Still, maintaining and no working out! It's too good to be true so i know it's not going to last. It's going to catch up with me really quick if i don't get back to working out hard. I got really sick 2 weeks ago and that helped surpress my appetite for a few days. Not only that, but i was asleep for half the week so I was barely able to eat anything, even when i was awake. So now, i just don't have cravings that often throughout the day. I started working out again this week. This should help me get my number down even lower. At least that's what my thought process is. Working out can only help. I'm hoping for the best!
