Hi all, I hope you are well? I am fine, but in an awful pickle. all morning, the gas man has been, now the electricity man is here trying to connect the electricity to the gas to ignite it. what a bearing day for me. Luckily, I got my shopping and steps done earlier. Lovely sunny day in England,for once the weather has been beautiful here I. Surrey. fingers crossed all our weights go down, I will know by Saturday. much love to you all.❤️

I am still comfort eating, which isn't doing me any good. I weighed 131 lbs last week. see what tomorrow brings,?!!. I hope you all do very well. Been to exercise classes every day, but still eating too much. I'm not sure how to stop. my security in life is all messed up. I'm my body and mind. No snapping out of my situation, I don't know how? Any ideas? I normally give good advice to other people. Like don't eat between meals. don't shop on an empty stomach. etc, etc, But my own advice is falling on deaf ears with me. Jim would be disappointed for me. But I can not be disappointed in myself. Any ideas? Still sort of Merry Mel. xxxx 😍
