that was last night... i have been walking 2 miles a day for a couple days a week and it seems to help alot im so excited... I'm at that spot where i feel like i cant lose anymore weight... Hopefully this walking will change all that... Im trying to count my calories but mainly im just watching what i eat... Like today... i was having a playdate with one of my girlfriends from work and we went to mc'ds and i was so tempted to eat a 10 piece nuggets meal but instead i ordered apple dippers and a sweet tea yay!! for me

Wow today was so hard... I was sitting home bored out of my mind..so i really wanted to eat a hole through the house but instead my daughter and I went for a 2 mile walk... I couldnt believe that i walked that far but i did... The only thing that i was sad about is that i went past my 1500 calorie mark... I had that cake.. darn me... But another good thing that happen to me today is that i got accepted to a local nursing program... Yay... so im planning on starting in January... Other than that my day has been pretty laid back... Just trying to resist all that good food...

Today was a pretty good day.. I didnt exercise much but I did stay within my calorie range of 1200 to 1500 calories.. Which I'm proud of... Im also going to play the wii fit before I go to bed, I cant right now because of my daughter she is only two and she thinks its a play toy as all two year olds think everything is a playtoy.. But thats okay ill get in a good hour after she sleeps... I did bake a cake today and it is taking everything i have not to go and eat a piece... I make stuff like that for my babies but not for me... It is reduced sugar so I might have me a piece tomorrow if I go for a walk. Days that I walk atleast a mile or two i can spluge ( dont know if i spelt that right good thing im not an english teacher) a little, but i try not to over do it... I want to lose this weight before i go to flordia in september but ive alway want to lose this weight... I was 230 pounds before and now im 164 which is great i know but i want to be a healthy body mass index. When i was in high school i weighed 143 and looked great the only difference between that and now in my dieting is that i did that way not so healthy.. what im doing now is the healthiest ive ever been in my life. Except while i was prego... But that was two years ago... I exercise more and eat better... But that's what my day was like and alittle about me all in one
