For everyone that is complaining about the WW points being missing...
What can I say, we were lucky to find a FREE site that caters to most diets. We are on this site to give and recieve support, share our recipes and talk about whats going on with our diets.
We waste so much time looking through the database to find what we ate or CLOSE to it.
Get a little book, and record your own entry. It will be much faster you wont have to search anymore!
For example-
Milk 1 cup...2 pts
Slim fast shake...2 pts...
and then your done. If you are doing weight watchers you should be recording your own entry anyway. I personally am not a fan of the database. If you dont think you can figure out the WW points on your own, I enclosed a link that is the WW points calculator. Save it on your desktop and use it to your convenience! Hope this helps!

*sighs heavily*
This is tough.
I have ups and downs.
I want to be good but then I want to be bad.
Men have it so easy. They can eat garbage, yet manage to lose weight.
I feel like the only way I can lose the weigh is if I am constantly perfect, Eating nothing but grilled chicken and steamed or boiled veggies. But how boring is that!! I am so tired of chicken and finding ways to spruce it up without adding points.

Its sunday and im still motivated. A new week for my diet. I've alrewady had my breakfast shake and will work on my my lunch soon..what to have what to have...hmm.... I've noticed that I must keep my stock up on healthy items because when I start to run out the binging starts. I start saying oh I can have this for lunch or screw it i'll have that or eat what someone else has made making it hard for me to track. Isn't it amazing how tracking everything you eat really helps? I keep my own notepad of the foods I eat. I dont always enter it here. Anyone else find it a little tedious to constantly be searching in the food database? I wish there was a part of the food diary where you can just enter what you ate and enter the WW points instead of searching all over the joint. Thats why I keep my separate log. I also wonder if anyone reads my posts, no one ever responds. Feel all alone over here :(

Last night I binged on some Breyers half the fat coffee ice cream. A full cup and boy was I loving it. That cost me 5 points but that is ok because I have been good all week and am very pleased. Its hard to constantly be good. When I weighed today I noticed my weight went down...lol by .6. I thought I was going to see a spike or something but I was pleased to see it actually went down. I think sometimes you need to eat something bad it does help your diet. Anyone else agree?
( as long as it isnt ridiculous )
