Row #36 took me just past 500K meters and if I’m consistent with more 30 and 40 minute sessions, I may cross 1M meters by the time i hit 90 days. BF is here for a couple of days, so so happy, we went to puppy class together last night and it was chaos because they get so excited. No swim, but I got lots of steps and closed my rings.

Just finished 501,895 meters. 52 hours, less than 52 hours more to 1,000,000. Then I’ll be a millionaire, right??? 🤣 in ERG meters. I was going to swim, but my backup goggles had a tear. New pair ordered. Might play in the water later anyways.

Interesting. Blob down, muscle up, water way down. I drink a ton of water, too, so that’s surprising, but it was also hot yesterday. I’m trying to remember if I drank any soda yesterday and I don’t think I did, I had a little on Saturday. Medium walk last night, took dogs to the park, came home and rowed a hard twenty minute session (#34) and watched some videos on proper form since it’s been awhile and you can always learn new things. Up until now, it’s been about survival, now, we tweak things for better form.
Plan is to work a half days this week. If i get up and start working, I don’t waste the day like I might on a weekend. I also have all my annual training courses to complete before August, and time is ticking there. Anyways, lots to do in less time today, so press on, press on.
