Just returned from morning workout and niw time for breakfast. Two eggs with lots of pepper, candadian vacin, Sara Lee Delight Bread, ans Oikos Triple Zero Berry. Then off to wash my car and ger a passport picture. Everyine have a good day.

I feel like I'm just hanging out at this number. Following my intake of the right onts.of protein, fats and carbs. Training 2x a week for an hour. But I shall still plug along.
Do have a question. Has anyone noticed during this exercise/weight loss journey has your hair gotten thinner? I did see my GP they ran blood work and everything is fine. Just wondering. Thanks and have a wonderful day!

I'm still weighing in at 148.8. I'm eating my calories, I'm sticking with my protein number and my carb number and my fat number and I still have no clue why I can't go down any farther.

Good morning. I'm up a tad on the weight, but ok with it. Breakfast casserole, peaches and cottage cheese to start the day.
