well I am down almost two pounds.. I've been counting calories and trying to stay within the 1200-1300 range.. got a little exercise here and there. i did zumba for wii the other night and today was the 3rd day of my pushup challenge (100 a day all March) plus I will do square/crunches/lunges each day as well, and tonight I did a stationary bike so yay! however, I'm gonna be looking into the Glycemic Index diet because the little I've heard on it makes sense so I'll read into and see what it's all about.. and advice regarding it would be appreciated.. BUT! tomorrow is my naughty meal, I'll be having lettuce wraps and sushi and will do my best to log them but idk :)

I've been bigger my entire life, always struggled with my weight... Now, I must lose the weight.. Gotta get down to 150 to join the Coast Guard (but I want to get down to 140 so I have plenty of wiggle room).. I lost 40 on weight watchers but gained some back after hitting a long plateau. I went on adipex and it gave me a very nice jump start and now I am back on my own with just 30ish more pounds to lose to reach my goal :) so excited! Soon, i'll have to grow up, but I am ready!
