Sitting around the same weight this last month. Time to really put the grind on as I’m still not happy with where I’m at.
Going to implement a mindset of creating the life I want to be living, even as simple as having a clean home. Feeling healthy with the food I’m eating and getting more active in my free time.

Recently got engaged in June💍. Trying to get back on the grind to get to this preferred weight to be able to fluctuate with worrying about the weight increase.
Now got a bit more of a time crunch as I’ll be trying on wedding dresses at October in prep for wedding next year.👰‍♀️

Finally back to normal weight according to BMI.
Still aiming to be another 11kg lighter to be in a position to healthily fluctuate weight. Guilt free eating again.
