晚餐:氣炸雞腿、櫛瓜、玉米筍、南瓜、山藥,水煮蛋、乳清蛋白+無糖豆漿。
久違的照片,一直有在持續紀錄飲食,只是懶得拍照XD 從2021年5月開始一直維持到現在,飲控已經是生活中的一部分了。
