It has been a while but I saw the icon pop up on my screen so I decided to check back in. I am back on Atkins to lose the rest of the much smaller belly left on me. I have tried several diets and nothing has really worked for me since Atkins. I am back and please wish me luck and I will do the same for everyone.

Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
25 September 2007
Hi to everyone I don't log on often but I am happy to see that everyone is doing well. Hi to my buddies. I have been doing well I went back on induction September 10 trying to lose more weight. Me and my partner who is doing so good have decided we will eat out or one time a month and continue dieting. I hope to be down to
270 lbs
by the end of the week so I intend to walk a little longer this week and work the diet as hard as possible. Since gaining this weight I have never stuck to a diet this long but I really feel the Atkins diet is tailor made for me. I would recomend this diet to anyone. My cloths are fitting me so saggy that I have dropped from waist size 44 to 42 and still dropping. Good luck to everyone and I will talk more often.
