I challenged myself for 30 days, but unfortunately, I flopped out in week 3. I attended a 21st party, and the next day, the desserts were tempting, and I gave in. I am so glad this is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. We make mistakes, but we can get focused again.
This week, I will be setting myself a 7 Day challenge to get back to basics. Exercise, fasting, and limiting sugar, snacks, and processed foods. Small changes will add up to big ones.
I will concentrate on my NSV, reminding myself of the way I feel after exercising and looking after my health, the feel-good hormones.
I am not giving up on my health and my body. This is the only one I have, and I need to take good care of it.

I am currently 49hrs into an extended fast. I am doing it to heal my gut and the benefits of fasting. I am aiming for a 52 hrs fast.
Currently, I am not feeling hungry. I remember my 1st 36hrs fast 2 yrs ago. I was struggling and had sleepless nights. I feel much better now, as they say that it becomes better by exercising your "fasting muscle ". I really want to tap into the benefits of fasting.
I am planning to break my fast with vegetable soup, kimchi, pickles, and avocado. I'm looking forward to my 1st meal after my longest fast.
I am continuing with my fitness journey and it's going well.
Don't give up this Way of living.

Staying committed to the 2024 FITNESS JOURNEY. I am still focused on IF for the NSV... such as being in control, not feeling bloated after a meal, having more energy, and feeling much better about myself. I must admit that the past weekend, my eating was out of control, but I had to come to the realization that I am the only one who could look after my health. I need to take control of myself. This is a journey that only I can travel.
I embarked on a 54 hrs fast, which was my longest fast ever, in order to obtain some of the benefits. It really reminded me of my motivation and purpose for this journey. I broke my fast with chicken neck soup because I didn't have any meat to make bone broth, and it was amazing. I continued with a 24 hrs fast immediately after. I wanted to try a 3 day fast, but I had to listen to my body 😀.
I am currently 1,8 kg away from my 1st goal weight, and it feels amazing, but also disappointing because I could have been at it if I stayed consistent, but we learn from our mistakes and can't change the past.
I also watch YouTube videos and read other people's Fitness and Weight loss stories in order to stay motivated.
Thank you all for your motivation. Together we can do this💫
