I have not been on FS for quite some time now. In my absense, I have maintained decent physical shape due to my work and horseback riding... But unfortunately, I have not doing as much as I could to take good care of myself.
Last week I joined a Crossfit box and have been attending 3x per week. I plan to keep this up. I'm very excited about my Crossfit goals. Also, I have not had wheat in any form in 5 days. I am giving it up for 30 days.
More to the point, I am recommitted to myself....

I've been on my own program lately and completely ignoring any sense of health and fitness... Time to get back in the swing!

I think that I'm doing great things for my health lately. I've really been doing great at running which, for me, has always been something that I wanted for myself but was never able to succeedat it. So this makes me feel great, both inside and out. Also with being on top of school, I am able to give more, much needed time to my horses. That is something that is so important to me. I'm not really losing weight but I can certainly tell a huge difference in my form. My legs and butt are slimmer and toner for sure. Something I noticed this morning, when putting on a pair of jeans that have always been snug, is that the jeans feel more like they fit to me rather then me fitting to them. (If that makes much sense to anyone) I just feel great, all around!
