ya que soy adicta, acabo de hacer una "crema de cacahuate light" con harina de garbanzo, harina de almendras, proteina, leche de soya, miel y verdadera pb. 4 cucharadas por 100 calorias, y 5g de prote :9 espero no se heche a perder rápido, para docificarla
