My real WW goal weight is 149, so I am okay at this time. My last weigh in was 147. I am moving up and down and staying fairly close to that WW goal.
I have not been eating as healthy of food as I should and so that is what I am going to work on this week.
And I am going to make sure that I get lots of fluids. When I went on vacation recently I a lot of weight, depite feeling like I was eating quite a lot at meals. I think it was because I was drinking lots of water with each meal and I was not snacking at all. (... and it didn't hurt that I was walking so much every day.)

Thinking of positive ways to stay engaged with being on plan.
Went to the farmer's market this morning to top up our supply of fruit and veg. That included walk for a point.

Went to a meeting for the first time in a month, and I am up a bit, although still below WW goal so didn't have to pay. That was a good thing. I am still very pleased that I am "staying" with the WW plan. It keeps me grounded.
The meeting was about reflecting on what has worked in the past and using that inspiration to get /stay on track. Even my Mother in Law - who normally HATES meetings understood and liked it.
So, I decided that one of the things that always helps me is the Zero Point soup. I made up a batch and will be set for the week.
I also made some low fat Banana bread for the kids. At least if I feel the need to snack on it I'll not be doing too much damage.
All the best to my buddies here at fatsecret. Reading your journals from time to time gives me inspiration.

I have not been counting points this week, but, as I have been on Vacation with my healthy eating sister I am back on track. I even went to two parties and a wedding and have eaten moderately.
I am completely amazed at one of my sisters who has just lost 85 pounds. Oh my gosh did she ever look great. She is at least twenty years younger looking, and she no longer has any aches and pains.
She said that after 30 pounds of loss, her back pain went away and she had to chose if she should keep eating healthy or returnto her old ways and she decided she had had enough of being big and was never going back there again.
What was most interesting is the way that she does it. Her eating is very routine. Very similar breakfast ( whole grain toast with cheese and a tomato) and lunch (big salad with protien and oil) every day. And almost the same thing at dinner (stir fry with Mandatory amounts of veggies and protien) No sugar, no non-whole grains - ever. No wine. Snacks at set times. Big teeth brushing routine later in the day to stop later eating. Ruthless food journalling. She is off to Venice for a 3 week vacation - and she says that she will be focusing on the sights and not on the food.
I really admire her. I think that I'll do the same put some more "routine" into my life! As WW is am eat anything lifestyle plan sometimes I feel that I need to use too much willpower energy chosing what to eat all of the time.

I have been struggling for a few weeks. I can't put my finger on why I am eating more than I should. At first I thought it was just from fatigue, possibly allergies and then maybe from boredom that was triggering all the grazing. ( like I could eat the wallpaper off the walls ). I'll mave to stay aware today and listne to my hunger ( or not hunger ) signs. I'll make sure I get my fruit and veg today and keep the carbs and sugars low. I suspect that I have some kind of a carb/sugar craving cycle happening.
I've got to clean the house top to bottom and pack for a trip to the west coast. That should keep me busy and out of the kitchen - at least after I have my moring tea!
