Sky is changing as rain moves in…we need it….
Today is bingo day…vending machine….il be giving mine away…I had a release….so in focused again…plus I’ve started doing more resistance…I was getting pretty laxed….it happens…and I’m cutting out the snacking again….i don’t care how long you have been at this…its so easy to fall backwards…

Happy 😄 happy 😄 positive blessed Friday…
Bingo yesterday…4 women plus me..set at our table…total bingos…8 wins…more then any other table…my sister won 3 times..with a card I use to use..until she picked ut from 2.. I gave her a choice of….naturally she picked my better card….
But here’s how I look at it…before 2 days ago..she wasn’t playing bingo as much….a now she is..priceless….getting her out of her room..and socializing more…well worth it…
I’m happy for her…more to life then a tv..and watching people win money…that you can’t spend….lol…

Time to catch up on scale…just struggling along…to many snacks….im guilty…I know what’s causing the gain..just can’t seem to change that…todays a new start…
Kitchen manager came to me with smiles..I’ve been talking to her about how bad canola oil is to cook with..her soliton was soy oil….i said that was no better…u played a podcast with dr Ken berry..she had a new outlook on it all…we will see….

We got much needed rain yesterday..more today….
My sister..my girlfriend..and I all set together at same table..we all bingo's at different times yesterday…all that positive energy around the table…it happens almost every time we play…depending on …who is sitting at table…but it’s usually same …
Linda’s colitis is getting better…well…it’s settling down again…a good thing…she’s learning all over what she can and can’t eat…

Looked back thru my notepad..u started carnivore on 4/20/24…. I’ve not been great at it…but it’s what I like along with keto….good days..bad days…and I don’t eat beef anymore then I have to from here..it just doest agree..with me or others…
I’ve noticed my senses have increased..especially my nose or smell….
